The COVID-19 pandemic has led to unprecedented individual and community anxiety and trauma. The fear, worry, and trauma are normal responses to the real threats of the pandemic but become abnormal when these fear and trauma affect our daily activities.


Building psychological strength is most important to help us maintain good mental health and perform to the best of our ability. Psychological strength is the capacity of an individual to deal effectively with stressors, pressures and challenges and perform to the best of their ability, irrespective of the circumstances in which they find themselves.


Building psychological strength is fundamental to living your best life in a world where we now are in a scramble to save ourselves from a deadly virus.
